dum kindly furnished to me by the Portuguese

Minister dealing with his negotiations with the

Canton authorities in the course of the six

months which he sent there after the crisis of

September 1921 and desch bing the present pros-

pects in regard to a settlement of the outstand-

ing subjects of dispute.
